These terms cover the website only. Freelance work is governed by whatever is separately agreed in writing for that project — scope, fees, deadlines, and who owns the finished piece.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
